新会柑普茶成分分析 Xinhui Citrus tea composition analysis



Composition Analysis of Xinhui Ganpu Tea

 

摘要:

近几年柑普茶市场大热。本文根据国家标准对新会柑普茶中的稀土元素、茶多酚、微生物、农药残留、理化指标等进行了测定。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了稀土元素、分光光度法测定茶多酚的含量、电子捕获-气相色谱法测定农药残留等等。得出稀土元素的含量为0.63~4.3 mg/kg;茶多酚的含量为1.8%~15.74%;所检的微生物和农药残留均为未检出;水分含量为2.9%~12.1%;总灰分含量为3.87~7.83%;水浸出物含量为28.5%~44.3%;粗纤维含量为1.28%~18.6%。本研究为新会柑普茶的进一步开发利用提供了重要依据。初步建立了新会柑普茶数据库。

Abstract:

Recently, Ganpu tea becomes a hot product in the market. Rare earth elements, polyphenols, microorganism, pesticide residue, physicochemical indexes in Xinhui Ganpu tea were determined according to the national standard. For instance, the rare earth elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, the content of tea polyphenols was determined by spectrophotometry and the pesticide residue was determined by electron capture detector-gas chromatograph. The results showed that rare earth elements were 0. 63 ~4. 3 mg/kg, polyphenols were 1. 8% ~15. 74%, microorganism, and no pesticide residue was detected, moisture content was 2. 9% ~12. 1%, total ash content was 3. 87% ~7. 83%, water extracts content was 28. 5% ~44. 3%, crude fibre content was 1. 28% ~18. 6%. This study provided an important basis for further development andutilization of Xinhui Ganpu tea, and initially established the database of Xinhui Ganpu tea.
